um i cant remember if this was a req. or art trade o.O anyways requested [i guess] by misty its her o3o lol i dunno how i started drawing this pose xD it just appeared in my head and i was like: "oh sure why not ^w^" xD so yeah its Misty hanging on a ballon in a ocean xD lol random bg, anyways hope you like it! ^^ i was actually doodling her human form and i thought that i would draw her eevee form too beside it and in the end, i deleted the humanthingy and just finished this xD arn't i random? o3o
